How do I change my card, change my plan or cancel?

Go to the Billing page on your account. The buttons there open Stripe's secure page, where you can update your card, see invoices, switch plans or cancel.

Everything about payments is on your Billing page. The buttons there open Stripe, our payment company, in the same window. When you are done, it brings you back to us.

You type your card on Stripe's secure page. We never see your card number.

Change your card

1. Go to https://vault.dankore.com and sign in.
2. Open the Billing page.
3. Press Manage my card and invoices. If a payment failed, the button says Update my card.
4. On Stripe's page, add your new card.
5. Follow the steps to save it, then go back to Dankore Vault.

See your invoices and receipts

1. Open the Billing page.
2. Press Manage my card and invoices.
3. Your past invoices are listed on Stripe's page. Click one to download it.

Stripe also emails you a receipt each time you pay.

Switch between Personal and Family

• Personal is $5 a month, for one vault.
• Family is $10 a month, for up to 6 people.

1. Open the Billing page.
2. Press Change my plan.
3. Choose the new plan on Stripe's page and confirm.

You only pay the difference for the rest of the month. Taxes may be added, depending on where you live.

Cancel your plan

1. Open the Billing page.
2. Press Cancel my plan.
3. Confirm on Stripe's page.

Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. Then your vault stays open for 30 more days, so you can save a copy. See what happens if I cancel.

Book in-person setup

If you would like us to set things up with you, there is a Book in-person setup button on the Billing page too. It costs $199, once.
