Questions about paying
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month by month. Stop whenever you like.
How do I cancel?
Sign in, open Billing, and press "Cancel my plan". Your vault keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens to my passwords if I cancel?
After your plan ends, your vault stays open for 30 more days. That gives you time to save a copy. We email you before we delete anything.
What if a payment fails?
We email you and try again. Your vault stays open for 14 days while you update your card. We never delete it for a late payment.
Can I switch between Personal and Family?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. You only pay the difference for the rest of the month.
Who handles my card?
Stripe, a large payment company used by millions of businesses. Your card number never touches our servers.
